- MTMarie TydaOct 22, 20251.0A few years ago my husband and I decided to stop by for fun! Post partum with my first baby, I needed some therapy shopping! I walk up to my husband in the bead section... there's a woman at the end of the aisle, but I'm not paying much attention. After some conversation, my husband says he want to check out the model sets. With my baby next to me, I start looking at beads. All of a sudden I here the woman describing my stroller... I look over st her and ask "why are you describing my stroller?" She starts approaching... and I ask again. She ignores the question and asks if she could peek at my baby. I had a rough post partum... and I thought everyone was out to, snatch children. Looking back at it... I was not okay and was way over protective my first post partum. So she forces her way past me to look while completely ignoring me.... then walks away. I rush off to find my hubby because at this point I'm completely convinced police, cps, or who ever is somehow outside waiting to take my baby. It wasnt until months later I realize.... she thought we were stealing. I only go to micheals or other hobby lobbies now. Looking back... this incident still hurts and I hope no one else has to go through this when they are just trying to have a fun day.

When I first came in, I asked someone for help and they were very rude to me, not knowing where anything was. I was feeling frustrated, but as I made my way up to the cashier, a young gentleman by the name of Adrain completely turned my experience around. He was so respectful, kind, and helpful. He not only greeted me with a great attitude, but also helped me find the product that the other employee failed to locate. He is truly a great gentleman, and employees like him make all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back, and honestly, part of the reason is because of the amazing service he gave me.
