- FMFelicia MansfieldNov 11, 20251.0Pretty much my first experience was great. Came out to my house back in 2021 to fix my washing machine. Now 2025 my dryer went out and called for someone to come out and take a look and it was the belt. Scheduled a appointment to get the problem fixed and showed up 2 hours later when I had other things on my schedule, had to rescheduled and never showed up, called to inform of the appointment and was told that they couldn’t come out because they were booked when I had a appointment so rescheduled for the next day and still no call no show and they told me they was already on a appointment when my appointment was at 10 and was told when they got done they was going to give me a call when their on the way. 12:30 pass, no call no show until after 1 and had to call over 20 plus times to get through and was told to me was he don’t have time to argue and he never got paid when he did got paid to come out for the problem, not to fix the problem because of their their careless and unprofessional excuses my dryer still has been fixed. I wouldn’t recommend due to taking on task that you can’t handle or complete and being unprofessional when the customer is always right.
