  I received a text stating I had 2 free rewards as a member. The text came in Saturday March 28th/2026 @12:30 pm. I went there at 10 am on Sunday March 29th and the girl said all the items were over on Saturday within the hour. I asked if there were any replacements and she said they were gone too. Why send the text if you are not going to have enough items. The dates were 28 and 29th. Why would the girl tell me I had to come as soon as I receive the text. Why send the text the day of when you can send it the day before. I spend so much money at your store and this is horrible customer service.

  Only gave 3 stars. the employees don't seem very motivated. Ask a question or advise on some of their items and they just say I don't know. Other than that they have nice things. Other world markets I have been to are more helpful and appreciate your business

  Clean store, so many neat things and friendly employees. Love shopping here, I get lost in the window shopping everytime with all the amazing products, be it food, alcohol, teas or home goods. So much to peruse!

  Twice in a row we've gotten in line behind a customer who didn't know how to use an online/email coupon and the employee didn't know either. We left without buying anything. Won't be going back any time soon.
