  We had the team at "Fox River Glass & Mirror" replace the glass in our sliding door. Their estimating was prompt and a good value! The gentlemen were courteous, professional and completed the task in record time (much appreciated with the cold weather)! I would highly recommend "Fox River Glass & Mirror".

  My dog finally broke my big front picture window in the living room. The first guy I had out to do an estimate didn't feel comfortable with the repair because of the age of the window and how all my trim was done. Then I called Fox River Glass and Mirror. They came out and gave an estimate which I felt was reasonable. I ordered the stronger tempered glass, and it took 3 weeks to come in. They scheduled the work as soon as the glass was in, and they were out a week later to install it. They just left with a wonderful window repair! It looks great, they managed to save all the trim and put it back the way they found it. They didn't even need to mess with the outside aluminum casing. Bill in the office was very professional and pleasant to talk to. His crew arrived on time, and they were professional and friendly as well. They removed the old broken glass and installed the new with no problem. No glass was left behind, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with this service and would definitely call them again if the need should arise!

  After our replacement window glass was ordered and it came time to install, we discovered that the units in our house were not constructed in the standardized manner with self contained/sealed glass. Long story short, this is extremely uncommon and made for a very difficult job. We weren't even sure the job could be done, anymore, since the original glass couldn't be easily removed. But instead of giving up and recommending we completely replace the whole unit, the staff at Fox River Glass & Mirror put in weekend hours and extra time to find a solution. The end result all turned out great. They went above and beyond to make it all work and despite the job going way beyond the scope of what we agreed on. I'd trust this company with all my future work. You can tell they take pride in their work. Their craftsmanship and customer service show it.
