Great for the winter time and the rain. Tim and Michelle have fantastic customer service. They are a part of what sold me on coming here. Their knowledge of the units, pricing and the easy paper work made the process smooth. It is also extremely easy to use the website and phone service. I was pleased from the start of my search. Highly recommend!

But yes, I have to say but even though the pricing might start off low to get you in, they know you're not just gonna pick up and take a 10 / 20 unit full of stuff. Somewhere else? So they start raising the price, and they tell you that the price will go up. Eventually, the problem is that they don't stop, they raise it. And raise it from 150 when you start in To 200 to 250 to 300 listen as great as these places can be. There has to be a limit. People use storage units because they may not have a large enough home or garage, and it costs money to have your home and a garage and yes, you don't like the price, you can simply take your stuff out, where you're gonna put it. Who knows? I'm sure they don't care, but there has to be a limit on how much they can keep Raising and raising and raising the rent, and that is what all the storage places do. So if you're not happy, say something, because on Google Maps people listen and they will go somewhere else. Now I have over 8 million Google views. I'm sure this review will be seen. I'll be honest with you like don't rent here. I rent somewhere else but I have a family member who rents there. And they struggle sometimes to get that money
