- OOOtodusDec 9, 20253.0I reviewed this location 3 years ago and sadly I just feel like things have slowly gone downhill as time goes on. To start: The main issue is the price. It just keeps going up and up and up and up. The unit I'm currently in used to be $100 less two years ago, which is half of what it currently costs. For a monthly fee that is quite expensive. It feels extra exhausting knowing that I've been here since they opened for years now, and I've never gotten a discount or anything for my longtime loyalty, very disappointing. There have been a handful of occasions where the ONLY elevator has broke when I had a unit on the 2nd floor, so I moved down. One time the air conditioning broke, and I was somehow the only one who noticed after seeing a puddle of water on my electronics in my unit. My entire unit is tech and I probably lost a few hundred dollars in value from the condensation damage in that situation but I don't have a good way to prove it sadly. Again really dislike the price constantly skyrocketing, and they keep switching the rules so I could not purchase a year in advance back when it was cheaper. Otherwise those are my only gripes and it is a very clean facility, easy to manage, has good lighting, seemingly nice staff, decent airflow/air conditioning, is maintained frequently enough, large, quite secure, and easy to access at just about any hour.
