She has excellent people skills and positively interacts with customers. I would rate her on a scale of 1-10 as an 11. She calls to make sure you know when your bill is due to avoid a late fee. If you get a late fee she goes above and beyond by consistently calling to advise that the lien fee date is approaching. This helps me as a senior customer as I often forget and she has saved me a great amount of additional fees. Most companies only call one time or not at all causing a customer more unnecessary fees. I appreciate this so much because with the cost of living and being on a fixed income the extra 20 fees can be a hardship for seniors like myself. Thanks for employees like Maurisha.

In winter months, this makes all the difference. They do have restrooms once you access the facility using the passcode. It was locked on Sunday (when the staff is off). Having access to a restroom during storage access hours would be super helpful. But still, 5 stars :)
