When I address the issue She tried to skip and ignore the fact that She was just caught up. I left feeling taken advantage of.

She constantly cut me off in the middle of me asking questions . She added a car to auto pay without telling me or asking. She states me asking questions is making things difficult. She talked to me like I was a child and not a customer. I didn’t appreciate this and I may take my business elsewhere.
