Clyde in the sales department gave me an entire story about how the manager at the location has to meet the person inquiring and can accept case by case (he stated “to make sure you won’t live in the unit”) I was fine with that- got ready and was about to leave to sign the lease / meet the manager ….. ….manager Claudia called me and said no such policy exists. Flat out told me he made it up. Are we that desperate to make the sale that I already cancelled? Gtfo. I’d rather pay more for honesty. Manager Claudia was wonderful and kind. Very apologetic for the incompetence of her counterpart

- ABArmando BecerrilOct 22, 20251.0We had our belongings stored at this location when it was an Extra Space facility. Within a month or so of Storage Post taking over this location, our unit was broken into from the top of the unit and a large majority of our belonging were stolen. Management never showed any efforts to fix the issue. Even a few weeks later, when our last month of paid storage concluded, the spot used by the burglars to enter and steal our belongings was still broken. Eddie the person that was working throughout the situation turned hostile after all we asked was for something in writing to ensure we wouldn’t be blamed for something that he said he would be willing to help with. Finally, we found out that the camera at the end of the hall near our former unit was not operational which could’ve helped the police with their investigation.
