  I ordered online i never received my package i been calling trying to talk with corporate they keep saying the manager is going to call me. He still has not reached out to me. It’s been four weeks. I spent $200 of my hard-working money. They do not care i call every day no response i feel like they just stole from me it so sad

  While I like the products, the closet installation from TCS was/is absolutely a nightmare. Items for the Elfa closets were/are always on backordered. After the initial Elfa Deco+ installation, we had to wait another 1.5 months to get the backordered pieces to arrive. STAY AWAY from the Preston Custom Closet. If you live in a high-rise condo building, you should consider a different custom closet company. The whole design process took weeks and months to get it finalized. Oh, requesting them to provide a COI due to high-rise apartment living was/is like pulling teeth. Information regarding the COI details was provided to their Project Coordinator Emily Eoff in TX from day 1. She kept ignoring it, but instead asked me to send a sample COI and filled out a "form" which consists of 5 bullet points in her email exchange. I expressed my frustration and asked for escalation to her management. If nothing is resolved asap, my spouse and I will just ask ALL OF OUR PENDING ORDERS with TCS to BE CANCELLED and refund us for good. I am sure it is our loss that TCS loses $13K on my business!

  I went to this store to return an item I ordered online that showed up damaged. The cashier immediately refused it before I had a chance to explain the situation, and pointed to a manger across the store and told me I could go and talk to him about it. I politely declined to chase him down and asked her to instead call him over. I then had to ask him to clarify if the store’s return policy is if you order something online and it shows up damaged, you’re apparently out of luck. After making me feel like I was being ridiculous for requesting a refund and having to defend myself against the clear assumption that I had actually caused the damage I was reluctantly given a refund. I also want to point out this item was for less than $10. Safe to say, I’ll be shopping elsewhere for now on.

  The store is thoughtfully organized, the product selection is strong, and there is a clear focus on practical design. What stands out most is how many of the solutions feel intentional rather than gimmicky.
