  Jessica and Ian are amazing. I lost the keys 2 days after renting the unit and had to come and have the lock drilled out and replaced. They were patient and kind and took care of everything immediately

  We recently had a need to go into the office at this location the other day here, and we spoke with the manager on our account. She was so helpful and pleasant as always. Every time I am at this location to access my unit for whatever the reason, and we should see each other she is happy, cordial and so pleasant. She greets everyone with such respect & appreciation. These are the people who make companies winners! The people is what makes a company what it is, of course all have leaders, but the most important is the people who unfortunately do not get recognized enough. She is a true leader, and should be recognized today for all her efforts. Ed C

  Jessica was super friendly and helpful when helping me a lot my paperwork and giving me a tour of the facility. She made me super comfortable in my decision to store my things at her location.

  came to put some things in my unit Jessica nade my trip really enjoyable after realizing i left my keys she helped me carry my things so i would struggle and gave me time to get my stuff together she is a real sweetheart
