  Today I had the best washing experience at Speed Queens!! For months since I found this safe, clean, and the most peaceful laundry mat near Oak Park, IL that I found also the most helpful and patient Speed Queen staff member - Carmela!! She not only fixed my washing machine issue but she introduced me to Speed Queen App on Google Play. I love the discounts and control that it gives me over my laundry experience!! I would have never noticed this App if it wasn't for Carmela!! Thank you so much Queen 👑🧺

I said, “Yes.” She helped with every of putting the washer code into my phone and show the next steps in getting washing machine started. I truly appreciate her. Every machine is completely brand new and operates at an industrial standard rather than just a commercial level, which is excellent for getting your clothes thoroughly clean. These machines are fully automated and integrate seamlessly with a mobile app for both washing and adding funds. The facility also includes convenient charging stations for your devices. The staff here is extremely helpful and professional. I was personally assisted by Carmela, who was exceptional, patient, and very helpful in teaching me how to utilize the app and the overall system. She patiently walked me through the process of reloading it with money until I was entirely comfortable. Once you get the hang of how to use it, the convenience is unparalleled. Additionally, the app features a rewards program where you can earn points toward free washes and dry cycles based on your spending. The amenities provided make doing laundry a remarkably comfortable experience. The laundromat offers dedicated seating areas, massage chairs, and vending machines. They also have an extensive on site store stocked with laundry soap, fabric softeners, and anything else you might have forgotten. If you prefer to drop off your laundry, they provide a wash and fold service that is truly exceptional. Based on my experience, they fold clothes to absolute perfection, surpassing any other laundromat I have ever visited. While the price point is slightly higher compared to other laundromats, you absolutely get what you pay for.   Las lavadoras y en general siempre esta limpio pero falta más atención respecto a su máquinas dispensador y sillas de Masajes. Ya van cuatro veces que toman el dinero y nadie responde solo piden datos personales y no solucionan nada. Lo último fue un café que compre y la máquina solo arrojo agua, al preguntar al personal de servicio solo nos indicaron que no podían responder y que dejara los datos. Para lo cual en tiempos anteriores ya se había dejado y no dieron ninguna respuesta a la devolucion del dinero.
