Truly disappointed to see what a once great store turned into a second hand store. Terrible environment and atmosphere. Thw only good thing that happened during our visit was running into the only kid ; Roberto who was super kind and helpful. Not a single person in Thai store acknowledged us and the place looked in complete disarray! Terrible store since I always felt that Lowe’s was the leader in home building. We

I shop at Lowe's on 79 cicero in Chicago, I call a young Hispanic girl to help me find some concrete patch . She stood there for a minute, I ask her did the store have larger pale of it, she stated that she did know, she never made a earnest effort in try to help me, then after I pick up the smaller pale she just stood there not saying. anything. Then when I told her thank for her help she did not reply back to me . She just walk away .then I walk to the end of the store and ask a Hispanic male. If the can I wanted was black tar. His response was as if he couldn't talk. Then he suggested I get two can of black tar spray that would have cost more then the one can of black tar. Shop at Lowe's is bad customer service, every one have Attitude problem. But I did find one lady that was present. Very bad shopping experience
