I want to take a moment to recognize Elijah at Lowe’s. Every single time we’ve had the chance to interact with him, he has been nothing short of amazing. His professionalism, attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stand out.

PRINTING IT ON BAGS DOES NOT MAKE IT TRUE.
I will never, ever, if it was the last place on earth- which Lowe's seems to think it is- shop here again.
Over 24hrs of placing an order, a random delivery person "delivered" my order to a publicly-accessible Entryway.
Just like everyone else reports, this is a FAILED service from a failing company.
Do not respond, Lowe's. Do not embarrass your company with even more lies and B.S.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
