During colder months, the interior becomes uncomfortably cold—cold enough that a jacket is necessary. This may be a concern for those storing temperature-sensitive items. Additionally, some of my metal belongings have begun to show signs of rust, similar to what you might expect in a garage environment, which raises further concerns about climate control. The lighting throughout the facility is also quite poor. If you need to reorganize or access your unit, visibility can be limited without bringing your own portable lighting. The overall cleanliness could be improved as well. The floors are consistently dusty, similar to an older warehouse setting. Regular cleaning would significantly enhance the experience. As it stands, kneeling or placing items directly on the floor is not ideal. These issues appear to be relatively easy to address, and improvements in temperature regulation, lighting, and cleanliness would go a long way toward making the facility more comfortable and reliable. For those prioritizing these features, newer storage facilities may offer a cleaner, better-lit, and truly temperature-controlled environment. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because of the affordability of this location.
