  I live in the area and was looking for storage closer to home. Many neighbors use this facility and say they've never considered elsewhere despite other nearby storage options, so I went to check it out. I see why they trust here with their things. Staff is helpful and facility is clean and secure.

  Lisa and Soshe made my Saturday absolutely shine! I know it might sound unusual to say a storage facility is my favorite place, but Extra Space Storage on Northwest Highway has completely earned that title — and my visit this past Saturday is the reason why. I came in needing to expand my storage unit, which can sometimes feel like a logistical headache. But Lisa and Soshe turned the whole experience into something I genuinely didn't want to end. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel completely effortless. Not a single moment of confusion or waiting around — just two incredibly capable people who clearly take pride in what they do. What really stood out was how pleasant they made everything feel. Their energy was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They answered every question I had, helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and did it all with smiles that made the whole morning feel like a joy rather than a chore. Lisa and Soshe, you two are genuinely the best. You didn't just help me increase my storage capacity — you gave me one of the most unexpectedly wonderful Saturdays I've had in a long time.   Lisa was the light at the end of the tunnel for me in the midst of a stressful situation. She was extremely kind and helpful. I love knowing that if I need her for any issues related to my storage needs that she will be there to address any of my concerns. I’m looking forward to moving in and continuing to work with her!

  I've rented at different storage units around Chicago for a number of years and they are mostly the same. However, at this place I am on the third floor and they did not finish the floors so it is just unfinished concrete which gets dusty and will get dust on your clothes when moving stuff and the stuff in the storage unit. I've never seen this before. Another issue is they keep their temperature lower than most other places, at least on the third floor. I would recommend renting at any other storage facility.
