The manager verified and said I can access my unit thought the app. The app is saying there’s a problem with my account. I called customer service and they said my ID needs to be verified in person, but since it’s Sunday, the office closed. This is why I went in on Friday to verify my ID. I had a uhaul scheduled on Sunday and all of my plans have been messed up because of this. Customer service offered no solution, just said sorry wait until they get back in office. Photo is of the text exchange when I arrived to the office since the office door was locked and said to text upon arrival.
