I have to give credit to Jimmy for making the process so easy and going above and beyond to make sure I understood the move out process over a Sunday when they were closed. I was able to do the move in the same day. Jimmy had already clocked out for the day but he was still wrapping up on the office. He was willing to stay later to log in to check me out of the unit and return the lock I didn’t use! Thank you so much for making my day better with your kindness and customer service!!
