Never had any rust or problems ever! I will add though the once smooth all chrome hangers from China get rough over time and discolor… not good. Who knows what kind of metals, nickel or aluminum is being poured to cheapen them. Container Store needs to find a new manufacturer or supplier to make stainless steel ones!
