Our designer Sue went out of her way to accommodate the unpredictability of our new construction project while remaining warm, detailed, and patient. Adam and his installation team also went out of their way to pull together, and complete our job as promised, despite my project's numerous delays . BRAVO CLOSET WORKS!
- AMAlan MintzNov 8, 20184.0Our designer responded quickly to our request for a consultation and her work up for design was completed very quickly. We had contracted for a tear down and painting prior to the installations, but that aspect was never addressed by Closet Works in sending the team in for that work. When the original installers came to put in the new closets, they saw that this tear down was not done. We then had to arrange for this work separately, and by the way, at a much lower amount than the contract. This led to a delay of 5 additional days. As well, the designer mis-measured a section in one of our closets and this led to a delay of two more days for completion. Our installers (Dan Brown and Raymond) were extremely professional in their work, making sure every item was correctly installed, and the cleanliness was terrific.
