- AAA ANov 3, 20254.0Initially I made a one star review due to the poor customer service I experienced from the manager and unit conditions I discovered a week ago 10/25/25. I have been a tenant for over a year and purchased an additional unit for more space. However, when moving out my smaller unit I saw rat poop and rat holes at the corners of the unit. When reporting that to the on duty manager he was not helpful and made no attempt to remedy the issue and blamed the previous ownership for my issue. Following that experience I reported that to the customer service line where I spoke with Alex who sent an email to the district manger Raina on my behalf. Raina quickly responded the next business day and provided amazing customer service and provided me with a credit due to my experience. She was very friendly and understanding, ensuring that additional training would be provided for the current management to better handle these incidents. If you have any issues I would suggest calling the customer support line and ask for the district manager if you experience no support from the lower level management. Also Denise in the other team members were a great help and had great energy!
