Owner said, "it's the prewash," but it was still cold during wash cycle. Dryers were ok, seventy-five cents should dry a load. The worker was helpful and explained to me how to exchange for the coins ($1 coins instead of quarters). Seating is uncomfortable. They do have a large machine that fits at least three large loads.

The space did not feel properly cleaned—floors were dirty, tables were sticky, and overall it just felt neglected. On top of that, the staff started rushing customers out well before the posted closing time. Lights were turned off and cleaning began while people were still there, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you advertise a certain closing time, customers should be allowed to stay until then. I wouldn’t return unless these issues are fixed.

I spent a lot of time waiting and trying to get help, but it felt like no one really cared. When I finally spoke to someone, my concerns were brushed off instead of addressed. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, like my time didn’t matter. I wouldn’t come back or recommend this to anyone.

She explained it all very well to me made sure I knew what I was doing, answered all my questions! My go to laundry was blue kangaroo on Pulaski for the past 10 yrs but since I live down the block from this location and with such great/helpful customer service I experience here I will continue to come here and get my laundry done. Thank you Nara for all your help! Let me not forget how clean and spacious this location is. Washers are very big and clean, also love how it’s cashless one thing I didn’t like was always having to deal with coins doing laundry so that’s amazing!
