Vanessa was very helpful when I had to return my products, there were 3 other people at the return desk but she was the only one taking care of the 3 people who were waiting to return their items. The other people did not do much and Vanessa was easy to talk to and did not have any problems with my return, it was easy to find it with my credit card.
As for picking up my products, the application made it easy to find them since it showed me on where exactly they were in the store. Nobody else offered to help even at checkout but I did not need any help so I was ok on this visit.
There is plenty of parking.
The store was clean and it was easy to find the products I was looking for.
They have convenient hours.

Probably one of the worst home improvement stores in the area. It's hard to tell if it's even open from the outside...no windows, no character to the building, literally no signage from the street. Had a return that they couldn't get to work even though I had a valid online order for it, think they had to manually put it through in the end. Had some rewards to use so did some shopping after the return and was having trouble finding what I was needing. Not a single employee around to help. I looked up and down multiple aisles. No one around and I was trying to piece together PVC pipe for a good 30 minutes! Went next door to Home Depot and it was night and day difference. Easy return and employees everywhere, had 3 of them ask if I needed help with anything! This isn't my preferred area to shop but when I'm in this area next I'll be choosing the Home Depot over returning to this Lowe's.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
