    This review is for the Brickyard location. I ordered some products with an e-giftcard off the website to be delivered to my house. Long story short, they got irretrievably lost by the delivery driver. Nobody would help me with a refund. Not Lowe's corporate, not my Citibank card, and not this store. That is until I was helped by an employee named Maria. She was helpful, patient, and humble about the whole situation. SHE FIXED THE PROBLEM! A huge thank-you to her. She personally saved Lowe's reputation for me. I hope whoever is in charge there reads this.

    The manager was rude and lazy. Passive aggressive. The employees kept answering and hanging up. I guess they didnt feel like working

    If you know you already know. They are very helpful when you catch a worker for some info. Everything is nice and clean and easy to find once you know where you are going. I saw the coolest thing, a random product scanning robot in the aisles,I thought it was cool.

    I ordered home delivery, the items were delivered to a home that clearly was not mine, I was waiting the whole time for my items. I called Lowe's and had to create a case and would be followed up with in 24 hours. I called Lowe's brickyard and it was a hassle to get to a live person. I get thru to get a rep trying to get me off the phone and transfer me to another rep that hung up on me. DO BETTER LOWE'S!!! You get one star not earned because it is only way I can post.

    Please work on your customer service I asked three people who were just sitting around talking it’s very frustrating when I’m doing an instacart order and being timed to do my job when I just have. A question on where an item in the store is they all told me to hold on till their conversation was done… ? Extremely unprofessional the conversation wasn’t even about work I felt completely ignored it’s a big store I had to find a lady who eventually helped me out I was in a rush to tell management so I’m writing a review instead.
