This Lowe's is my neighborhood Lowe's and unfortunately every time I've gone what should be a quick in and out stop turns into a 30+ minute waiting for an associate stop. If you need ANY assistance from a member whether it be paint mixed and most recently getting some 1/2 inch pvc pipes that for some reason they have all the way at the very top and requires someone to be paged to get it down no one comes for at least the first 20-30 minutes at which point you have to ask an associate a second time to please page someone and hope it doesn't take another 20+ minutes. I understand if they are in the middle of a task they need to complete but if you are hoping to get what you need and it needs any assistance from an associate just save yourself time and go elsewhere. If this was a one off it'd be one thing. But the same experience every single visit is unacceptable.

I ordered a 16" door and when it came in after 3 weeks the hinges were in the wrong spot (2 hinges, standard). They did not use the measurements I gave them for customer order.
Store manager said I have to pay restocking fees because it is customer order. Never mind that it was done wrong, they charged me fees for making a wrong door for me

Easy to order. Huge hassle with the home delivery 🚚 the delivery came unannounced with zero communication from the delivery team. Not even a ring of the doorbell. Then the delivery team decided it's best to leave our brand new product on the public sidewalk. We attempted to call and coordinate with the delivery team but my wife was told that it was being delivered by a local delivery team and there was absolutely no way to communicate with them other than general time window. Delivery team also forgot to deliver our 100 dollar faucet set. Just a terrible experience. I like Lowe's for their prices and veteran's discount, but they really dropped the ball here.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
