The manager Kevin needs and attitude adjust the way he speaks to his customers and also his employees. They seem to be afraid of him and he towers over them like some sort of monster. Lowe’s needs to address this immediately

There were some issues and a long delay with a specialized pick up order I made, but the manager Carlos and his team did take care of it as quickly as they could and were very helpful thereafter. I will come back here for my future home improvement/project needs 😊

After leaving Home Depot unsatisfied, my husband and I shopped for a bathroom vanity at the Lowe's Chatham location. As always, Lowe's associates greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. Retasha (Ratasha on business card) was particularly friendly, asking us twice if we needed help. She had a perky demeanor, assuring us that she could find the color and length that we wanted, via her computer. She did it! She also pointed us to an area with mirrors on sale, where we found one that matched our decor. We are so pleased! Retasha is an example of a personable and well-trained associate, who represents Lowe's at the highest level! We will look for her each time we shop at Lowe's!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
