Katherine, Earnest, Ray, and Evita all rallied together to help me figure out why I couldn't register my protection plan online. They were so friendly, patient, and helpful and went above and beyond to help me, and didn't give up even when I gave them an out by suggesting that I could try to come back on a weekday. They were determined to solve the problem and Katherine finally figured out the missing piece (I needed the ORDER date, not the purchase date, email date, or sale date).
I was not impressed by the Protection Plan website or customer service experience but I know that isn't actually run by Lowe's, and so I don't hold it against Lowe's. Katherine, Earnest and team more than made up for it. (They were also amazing at multi-tasking, helping other customers while on hold trying to get through to the protection plan customer service!)
The woman at the customer service front desk was also very helpful and redirected me to Katherine and team when she understood my issue. Clearly the right call, I didn't get her name but all in all what might have been an infuriating experience was pleasant and it felt like they were in it with me. Thank you so much to this team.

I ordered an item on line, but the wrong item was delivered! I tried to initiate a returns process on line but it did not work, I called customer service and told me to go to any Lowe’s return the item and get my credit back. That did not work either, then I had to drive to this Wicker Park location and it was a hustle. Try told me that they will have to contact the delivery company to find out where the item I ordered was and then credit me back 😡Until I finally spoke to the manager and was able to get my credit back I personally don’t recommend ordering on line!
