Like look how gorgeous these flamingo lilies are thanks to Khalia helping me source and giving me proper consult! Like hello are these not the most gorgeous flowers you’ve seen!?!?! and I get to have this in my home!???! She also helped me pick out some Gorgeous rare orchids!!! You can count I will be back to add more additions in my home in the future. Thank you for everything Queen Khalia!!!!
- EDErin DelaneyJan 21, 20261.0EDIT* Not only is the dishwasher still broken a week later, but Lowe’s won’t let us return this product! Unbelievable. It never arrived fully. We’re still missing the handle. Now the dishwasher is BROKEN. Still without a handle, the dishwasher has alerted us that it ‘has no water.’ It’s Saturday 1/24, Lowe’s won’t send anyone out until Tuesday. As far as replacing this clearly defunct Kitchenaid, Lowe’s has offered no discounts, no expedited repairs or delivery, just a suggestion to ‘call customer service.’ We believe after spending over $1000 on an appliance (we saved for half a year). That the seller and manufacturer should do better for us. Seriously, avoid big purchases at this Lowe’s. Or Lowe’s in general. Ordered a dishwasher from this store. We bought the protection plan. It was delivered and installed on Friday 1/16 WITHOUT A HANDLE! It is now 1/21. I have been through Lowe’s corporate, Kitchenaid, this location and NO ONE can send us a handle! I’ve never experienced more incompetent service in my life. Do not shop here!

The store is large, well-organized, and stocked with everything from tools, hardware, and building materials to appliances, garden supplies, and home décor. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to provide advice or guidance, which makes shopping much easier. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of their products is consistently reliable. I especially appreciate the variety of options for both small DIY projects and larger renovations. Lowe’s makes home improvement simple, convenient, and enjoyable.
- TKTeresa KovichJan 3, 20265.0Katherine, Earnest, Ray, and Evita all rallied together to help me figure out why I couldn't register my protection plan online. They were so friendly, patient, and helpful and went above and beyond to help me, and didn't give up even when I gave them an out by suggesting that I could try to come back on a weekday. They were determined to solve the problem and Katherine finally figured out the missing piece (I needed the ORDER date, not the purchase date, email date, or sale date). I was not impressed by the Protection Plan website or customer service experience but I know that isn't actually run by Lowe's, and so I don't hold it against Lowe's. Katherine, Earnest and team more than made up for it. (They were also amazing at multi-tasking, helping other customers while on hold trying to get through to the protection plan customer service!) The woman at the customer service front desk was also very helpful and redirected me to Katherine and team when she understood my issue. Clearly the right call, I didn't get her name but all in all what might have been an infuriating experience was pleasant and it felt like they were in it with me. Thank you so much to this team.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
