Jon Whiters was there to greet me as soon as I walked in the door and had me all set up to receive my new rocker recliner in no time! I have been enjoying my new recliner for two months now, and the upholstery matches my sofa perfectly. (It is also a La-Z-Boy).

The pricing was inconsistent. The first chair showed a set price and then a 30% Black Friday discount was applied. When I checked the website for the chair she wanted, the base price was $1,028, and the selected fabric brought the total to $1,479. However, during the exchange, the listed price was increased to $2,319 and then discounted back to $1,479. I was not given the same 30% discount applied to my original purchase, and I was unable to get a clear explanation. The salesperson stated that “stores can price as they see fit.” Additionally, there has been no follow-up. I have no idea if it will arrive by Christmas or where it is in the production process.
