  LaTonia Perry-Thorton, my saleswoman at La-Z-boy Halsted St. location, was great! She helped me find just the right chair. Though I was not feeling well and we went over closing time, LaTonia was patient and understanding. I will be back for other purchases because of her.

  Nick spent a great deal of time working with a friend of mine who is quite particular. While waiting for my friend to make a decision, I walked around the showroom and tried out different chairs myself. I wasn't really in the market myself, but had a mild interest in one of them. Nick went out of his way to show me the different fabrics, calculate the cost and estimate the delivery time. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional he was. Nick was extremely helpful. While he was waiting on us, his coworker use that time mop up our footprints around the store. It was a snowy day and no other customers were in sight. I was impressed with how clean the space was. I will definitely do business with them in the future and will refer my friends to this particular store as well.
