- RLRyan LandrySep 17, 20251.0Stay away. Was stressed after losing my key on vacation and realizing it wasn’t on my person upon return to my stay and park. I spoke with person on phone who took down info of vehicle and said no problem. They sent a tech out who was unable to fine me the first five minutes, despite being given pretty clear directions. Then, when he began he seemed very inexperienced. He was able to get into my car but then the alarm would keep being set off as he was trying to cut a key, or whatever he was doing. He finally stated he was going to need a special key that they would need to order and that it would take a day. I asked why this wasn’t explained to me over the phone when they initially knew the year/make/model of vehicle. He did not offer up any type of explanation, so I think the job was just completely over his ability to do. A complete waste of two hours. I told him I would find another locksmith and then he left. I was quickly able to resolve the problem with other competent people. Would give no stars if that was an option. Yes these guys are close to Rosemont area but you could be in for a headache and ultimately no help by choosing them.

We were able to open the door within 5 min after the first call. I called to cancel the service (no one called with ETA and price yet). They charge me $29 cancellation fee… I gave them my debit card number but by mistake gave them my personal name not the bussines name that was on the card so the payment got declined. I got four calls at 4 in the morning to provide new card (bussines hours 6am-12am). 4am!! They might be good at doing their job but they should be more clear with client with their policies. It looks like we just got charged for calling.

Tech said $125 each lock then tells me $425 Because he said he added a part. I told him you said $125 each door he said i will accept $324 and I had to zelle him the money mo credit card
