The sports keys are aluminum and the machine has bent 2 of the keys, almost breaking one in half. My son called the number provided and was told the credit card will be refunded the 2 keys. We'll see if that happens. Didn't take photos, but the one cracked key we just broke it completely and disposed of it, and the other one I managed to salvage. Had 3 keys total duplicated. 2 sports and 1 regular.
