Got to a 7-11 on State and Erie around 3:25pm to this machine. This is a crap service. Too expensive. Too slow. Fingerprint reader bairly works, took forever. UX is not intuitive and the special that is running, buy two get one free, is only for 3 of the same keys. NOT SPECIFIED ANYWHERE. Called a very unhelpful guy who sounded like he just woke up. Offered no sympathy for my situation or even an outlet further continue this conversation. Didn't recognize my account even though I put my card and email in multiple times. Attendents at 7-11 couldn't help me because they were not adequately briefed on the system. It's just dropped there.
