- RTRyan TaycherNov 16, 20251.0This company is extremely misleading. I rented a unit at $69/mo and paid 4 mo up front to lock in that price. To my surprise, I received notice that my rate would then nearly double to $122/mo! I called to ask about this and I learned only then that it was month to month—something slipped into the contract and not at all clear up front. They offered me another chance to pay up front for a block of months at only a slightly raised rate, but I have no confidence the rate will not be raised again as they only do month to month and will not offer any sort of lease. And all this while they are now renting the same size unit I have for only $43 and $48/mo. It’s clear their business model is to lure you in with a good rate and then once you have your stuff all in there, they will jack up the rate a crazy amount and hope you accept it or get tired trying to fight it. On top of that, the place is not clean, contrary to what others have noted. It’s a dusty concrete storage facility. The storage units are flimsy metal walls and doors for cubicles with an open grate on the top for a ceiling. The restroom has also been locked (despite saying it’d be open during their hours of operation) and the drinking fountain turned off every time I’ve visited. Overall, I’ve been very unhappy with my experience and encourage you to look elsewhere.
