Simba was also helpful by making sure my unit was clean and had a lock in it. Moving is HIGHLY STRESSFUL but working with professionals like Dominique & Simba made it smooth. Will refer my moving friends and family.
- THTrina HighDec 5, 20251.0UPDATE: I take it back!...We fell behind on our fees, so I attempted to make a partial payment, but the manager, Dominique, told me that since it's less than the full payment, I have to come into the office and fill out some paperwork. I advised that I am in another state, so I cannot do that. Dominique said the partial payment won't stop the scheduled auction, to which I noted that I am aware, so I was going to catch up by making payments as I can, i.e. today and on the dates of my next two paychecks. Dominique said "There's nothing I can do"! Driving from Mississippi back to Illinois to sign some paperwork is not going to happen. I would think that the "paperwork" that needs signed could be emailed or something, seeing as it's 2025, not 1925. In fact, it seems to me that Dominique is trying to make it harder to pay, thereby leading to the auction scheduled for February! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We went to this particular facility because the unit across the street that we'd rented turned out to be too small, so we wanted to upgrade. Dominique was so so helpful and gracious when we explained our situation, and she went above and beyond. The other staff were also so friendly and helpful. In addition, the facility was - is! - clean and situated in a great location. I don't often leave reviews, but I just had to shout-out Extra Space Storage; they've been indispensable!
