I was planning to stay for at least a couple years, but they punish long term customers with huge rate increases. It's similar to cable company's where they hope you don't notice and just keep paying. They basically force you to relocate to another unit or another company in order to keep a fair rate. I also purchased a 1st floor unit, but when I got there it was a 3rd floor drive up. This was just a lie, or very misleading at best
