Both were consistently helpful, flexible, and genuinely kind while we figured out which storage option worked best for us. Dominique went above and beyond—she gave us flexibility when we realized we no longer needed the larger unit, personally checked units on site when I couldn’t be there, and called back to confirm details. Frank was equally great, showing us multiple units around the property and giving us the freedom to choose what made the most sense. We were transitioning from a 10x20 to a 10x10 and, with their help, made it work and got the entire move done in just a couple of days. Overall, they are a fantastic team—professional, accommodating, and very chill. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend this location because of the two of them.

In the past, I've dealt with unauthorized account access and unapproved charges to my card on file. The management felt absentee, and the front desk staff often lacked the professional maturity needed for good customer service. However, things changed when I spoke with Frank. As a Military Police officer currently recovering from a gunshot wound to the leg, I’ve faced some recent challenges. Frank handled my situation like an adult. He was understanding, professional, and helped me work out a payment plan that was actually attainable. It’s a relief to finally communicate with someone competent. Another staff member, Karl, was courteous and friendly when he followed up on our booking. This location is clean and has a great staff. A great find in the west loop!
