- DCDominic Cordilla6 days ago1.0DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am here to warn other people and add to the complaints of their predatory practices. My rate has increased 3x in nine months and there’s no cap. So if you wait long enough, you can rent a whole apartment to store your stuff at a lower cost. When you come in to inquire about the increases, they will tell you rudely that it was in your lease agreement and that it's your fault for not catching that minor detail. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. These are based on your initial sign up, when the staff are nice and friendly. They will ask you to write a review immediately after and then clearly do not care when you have problem.
