With poise and patience she thoroughly answered each and every question, some probably twice!!! This was early morning. Later that evening I went to close the deal and had other questions which she answered with the same patience and poise after working all day. To top it off, she went the extra step to find me a unit that was very easily accessible. The facility is clean, seems quiet and safe. The staff is simply phenomenal. I have to mention i called the next day and talked with Angie (i believe thats her name) and was treated with patience and understanding, all requests were thoroughly handled. For me, they turned what I thought would be a nightmare into a very pleasant business relationship. Customer Service gets my business. When I grow my business to the point of needing a Customer Relations Specialist, look out Extra Space, I'll be recruiting from you.
