My wife accidentally locked her purse in our unit. Her purse had the car keys, phone, id…everything! Thankfully Jimmy was working the front desk and was able to help us get back into our unit where my wife was quickly able to identify her self as the account holder. Jimmy was super nice and professional and a joy to work with! Super nice guy and superior customer service! Jimmy saved the day! Thanks!
