When I complained initially the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and snarky about how I shouldn't complain because the contract states the rent can increase if they want it to. Sure if says that, but this is excessive! So basically they wait until you get all your stuff in and it would be a huge hassle to move it, then jack up the price. I think mine started at $180, went to to $200+ and the new rent will be $316. So want there if you want but be prepared for the rent hike after a year or two.
