The reason I was unable to leave a perfect star review is because of pathetic and extremely difficult design layout of the facility… if you have any big items good luck maneuvering this place without losing your mind.

If your elevator access is down, there should be notifications sent or posted before you unload your car gain access to the elevator section. Of the staff member at the desk could do a courtesy update.
