We Miss “Public Storage” that use to run and have this location, seeing we have stored things here for many years, until Extra Space took it over from PS, what a total disappointment, after a short time, they only allowed you to pre-pay up to 6 months, when before there were no issues paying for 12-24 months in full to lock the monthly rate in, and only after six months you can expect Extra Space to raise your storage rent very high! or almost double it making monthly payments unbearable to manage with any other bills you might have. In short: This location is over priced! And Not worth it when they increase the rent to the point where it feels and looks like they are price gouging, we would have been Happy with small increases over the years like $15-$25 per month, but to see almost $100 per month added on top of the current rent was just ridiculous! We highly recommend everyone staying away from this Extra Space location the ppl working here and the management running this facility do not care about keeping long term space tenants here or happy., and even this facility supposedly supposed to be climate controlled, but it is cold in the winter inside and they keep the AC very high/hot in the summer so the climate control if you have paintings or things you need to have in a climate control setting won’t work at this facility because they don’t operate the climate in the units or in the building properly seeing that would cost more to run and operate. this location will eventually go empty based on how they are running things so poorly.
