I was going to schedule a move out this month but the elevator is currently not working so I cannot access my unit with a cart. They should not be charging for an inaccessible unit, but the manager said there is nothing she can do and that she does not know when the elevator will be repaired.

If you rent here now- MOVE OUT! (if they ever fix the elevator) UPDATE - Miguel promised a call from leadership and nobody has reached out. As expected this business has no consideration for their customers.

This individual is extremely immature and just flat out difficult to deal with. No social skills, extremely disrespectful and flat out harasses you. Not only that but he has a unit outside right next to the back entrance/loading dock in which he and his "bandmates" use for full on band jam out sessions, for hours on end into the night, drinking right there in plain site on company property. He also sits out there with the door closed during the day and plays his drums on shift. Management needs to really look into this individuals behavior and lack of proper customer service, as well as his inability to deal with customers on a professional level. This is coming from someone who has had a storage unit here for almost 10 months and has invested quite a bit of money in Extra Space Storage. I'm extremely glad that I no longer have to deal with this associate and as of recent have taken my business to a U-haul Co. Storage Facility. I cannot express my frustration enough upon dealing with this persons ignorance. Just a flat out terrible reflection of Extra Space Storage and really needs to be looked into by upper management. He is incapable of dealing with customers respectfully and on top of that is definitely breaking company rules with "the band sets" and inebriation on property. Also, beware that they have one elevator that is half broken, it smells like sewage throughout the building especially on the first floor in which the bathrooms are always out order..and they have a moth problem. I urge you to stay away from doing business with this company and specifically this location.
- MCMel CampbellOct 27, 20251.0I got a refund and am reducing this to one star. They said that the unit I rented was 5x8 and it ended up being around 4x6, which couldn't fit my stuff. I mentioned to the person at the front desk that I think it's smaller than what they advertised and he said it wasn't and that I could measure it. So I got a measuring tape and did that and he didn't even push back (which made me realize he knew the whole time and just gaslite). Bring a measuring tape with you on the day you check in and make sure they being honest, cause you can't get a refund back after a certain amount of time and I think they count on that policy and people already moving in their things for people not to request a refund/cancel on them and hold them accountable. Videos and screenshot attached. Also, 1. their elevator is janky and needs to be checked out cause it be tweaking and 2. They lie in the website saying that you can get 24hr access and they only provide access up to 10pm.
