Denise was determined to open the door and had many ideas. She tried geometry, tools and many others, all at the same time being safe and making sure that the unit and our items were not damaged. There was no stopping them lol. Finally mission accomplished and door was opened. We are absolutely grateful for their tenacity and determination. Saved our lives! Good to know we can count on Extra Space and their employees for live saving solutions. Thank you thank you thank you!!

This was the best one, not just price, but customer service. Sarah answered all my questions and after I purchased the unit (completed everything over the phone with her), she kindly gave me a tour of the whole facility. Which btw, was SUPER clean and neat. Everything seems brand new over there. You can’t really see from the picture I took, but this is a 10x15ft unit. A lot of space and also has lighting. This process was amazing and I highly recommend using them for your storage needs.
