I’m sorry but this is your problem not mine, why should I have to spend more money with you to fix your issue??? They provide no help nor try to help the customer stay. Reaching out to corporate now as this isn’t a little problem. Also will be reaching out to local building code enforcements/state attorney general if this issue is not handled.
