The blinds look great, with two automated skylight shades and several manual ones installed seamlessly. Five days in, everything looks excellent and works perfectly. The only downside was when one of the automated blinds had an issue shortly after installation — I was directed to contact the installer myself rather than having sales coordinate support. I suppose that’s customer service these days — a bit more DIY than expected for a premium brand and price point. Still, the quality and workmanship are excellent.
