    Don’t come to this location, they will waste your time. On December 1, I came to this location to get see if I can get a washer and dryer in the store and get any suggestions on which one to get since this is my first time getting a washer and dryer. Two employees suggested for me to get the ge profile washer and dryer combo. One of them was asking me the necessary questions(diameter of my closet, is there elevators in my building etc.). Of course I gave them the diameters of the closet before paying, told them it’s no elevators and told them to let the delivery drivers know that they can park in the parking lot because if they park in the front it’s a big possibility that it won’t be a parking spot for them to unload it off the truck. Friday comes around and the drivers tells me that they can’t take it off the truck because it’s too heavy for two guys to do it since there is no elevators and they need 3 maybe 4 guys to bring it in. 10 minutes after they left I get a call from the other employee for them to reschedule Monday(December 8th). Of course Monday comes and I get a call at 10:52am to let me know they can’t deliver the washer dryer combo because of the diameters of the closet. Gave the everything they needed and completely wasted my time

    Do not lease here the manager is a slime ball…I am a few days late every now and than but I always pay….if I am 3 days late they will show up at my house and leave hand written notes I have asked them repeatedly to stop and they have done this multiple times mind you I am not in default and I have not been repeatedly late..they will also call you back to back to back if you are a couple days behind….i have a history of paying but in all truth I think they would rather I just give the item back….i can’t tell. If this is happening to you, you can file a complaint though Illinois Attorney General and FTC.

    I haven't received my order yet but already I'm disliking this store,why does it take 10-15 and still no answer there's no way possible it's that busy selling furniture 🙄 I'm just stuck on hold

    My husband and I came in to look at couches. The kid, who was tasked by the elder salesman so he could go back to whatever he was doing on his phone, to help us had no answers to our questions and was all mumbles. I counted four stains on four different chairs and couches. Also, it’s stunk of bad cologne.

    I would give it no stars. I ordered a laptop on 07/24/25 with this stupid company. I was told I would receive it 07/27/25. No one delivered it. I called the store. They then told me I would receive it Friday 08/01/25. No one delivered it. I called the store again and was told the Laptop I ordered was on display and that an employee tried to program it but couldn't. She said the laptop isn't in stock. When I asked why wasn't I informed about this during shopping on line she said it's because I shopped on line. Then she told me she would call me back when she finds another laptop but didn't call me back. NO ONE should do business with this company. Aarons is a scam and I want out of my contract and a refund as soon as possible!!!!!
