  We appreciated the insights and expertise and felt like we got to the right choice. It was refreshing to go to a specialized small business and felt like it was a major upgrade than going to a generalized giant box store. Our sales person last Sunday was patient and had excellent recommendations for us. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us a specific model or make, but rather listen to what we needed and get us to the right vacuum.

  I brought a vacuum here ready to pay for a service and repair, and they gave me a free estimate & inspection of my vacuum and they found nothing internal was wrong it! Just needed a new dust bin which saved me a lot of hassle! Great service and they were super kind and helpful to take a look at my vacuum! I will absolutely return here for vacuum accessories and repair needs!

  Great place to buy a high-end vacuum. Very glad I went here rather than buying online - same price but with better service and included ongoing maintenance. Mark helped me cut through all the noise of doing online research so that I found the best vacuum for my place. Highly recommend.
