- BNBill NessMar 12, 20265.0We have had an excellent experience with Blinds Gallery and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for blinds in the Chicago area. We first had blinds installed throughout our home by Blinds Gallery back in 2021 and were immediately impressed with both the quality of their work and the level of service they provide. They are extremely service-oriented, communicative, and always willing to make things right. Over the years we had some issues with the blinds in our master bathroom due to the high humidity and moisture (not the fault of Blinds Gallery). Despite that, they came out multiple times to repair them at no cost and with no questions asked, which says a lot about how they stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Alvaro has done most of the work at our home and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with — very friendly, respectful, and professional. Recently we decided to replace the bathroom blinds entirely, and Blinds Gallery handled everything seamlessly. They installed the new blinds yesterday and did a fantastic job. Brian was also great to work with and made sure throughout the process that we were completely happy and that everything was done right. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products, great installation, and truly outstanding customer service, but Blinds Gallery delivers on all three. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering blinds for their home.

Of course! We are happy to work on blinds regardless of where they were originally purchased. As the only authorized repair center in Chicago, we service Hunter Douglas products that have been purchased from vendors throughout the city.
Can you come to me?
Absolutely. We carry out all repairs on-site, and in the event that you are unable to bring your blinds to our gallery for service, we are happy to pick them up and drop them off once repaired.
