  Great service. Needed some building keys and they did their due diligence to make sure I was authorized to duplicate. Keys were made quickly and no issues with any of them not working.

  I came here to have a spare key cut for my vehicle. I brought in a pre-cut blank and asked them to copy my existing working key. The locksmith said it wasn’t guaranteed to work, but I agreed and paid $15. After cutting it, the key was cut too deep and now it only works in the door — it does not turn in the ignition at all. The key is basically unusable now. I understand there can be risks when cutting customer-provided keys, but I expected a professional result or at least proper calibration. Instead, I ended up wasting $15 and a brand new key blank. Very disappointed with the quality of the cut.
