I moved back in September and tried making a purchase but they told me they needed at least one payment to deliver. nothing else about delivery. so I decide to stack my money and pay more up front, and TODAY I order some furniture and paid a portion of it up front. I called in because I was having trouble making a second payment, only to be asked randomly if my ID matched. Like previously stated I just moved so my current ID doesn’t match my new apartment. I asked to be switched over to what I’m assuming is a manager but she shouldn’t even be employed. She has the AUDACITY to tell me that three months is plenty of time to get a new ID and that I should’ve got one. Mind you, she doesn’t know me well enough to assume what I’m able to do. Or what I do matter of fact. I canceled my order and will NEVER shop or recommend anyone to Aaron’s. And on top of this, the 2-3 day delivery is a LIE. Told me she wouldn’t have anyone available to deliver until the first week of MARCH. As a corporate employee, I will take this further and I hope those “ladies” have the day they deserve.

Delivery was supposed to be today and I called to gwt a windows for delivery and thw girl that answered the phone when I called said she would call me back in 30 minutes she never did. I called again and she was rude and disrespectful so I went to the store to get a refund and she refused to get the manager. I had to look around the store for someone else. I got my money back and will NEVER spend my money in there as long as she is there. I DONOT RECOMMEND ANYONE go in there and spend your money with them. Horrible place go to Rent a center .

Not only did they not initially order my product then they deliver at 9pm when they were suppose to deliver in the afternoon. Then they were to change my payment date which they didn't and harassed me. Not only did I not receive a cal several time but they also hung up on me several times. After less than a month my dryer then broke and was in service for over a month! Then when requested again for a cal regarding date change was hung up on some some! Finally I just made them pick up their product! Not only will I be writing a review on every site possible I will be reporting you to the BBB. The funny thing is their delivery people who don't know even how to install a washer and dryer couldn't agree more how ignorant they are!!! 0 stars would be given it an option!!!! Keep apologizing to your customers and not making them happy and I'm sure you store will close in no time!!!!

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
