Lowe’s Champaign is a joke. After two associates failed to “come right back” to help me reach an item in above stock, I was frustrated and asked to speak with a manager, and was directed to wait for the store manager at the customer service desk. After I waited, I explained what had happened, and not only was he very unprofessional and condescending in the way he spoke to me, my concerns were not addressed by him at all, and another associate was paged to help me reach it. Store manager did not wait to see if the third associate was on his way to the service desk and left outside of the store. I CONTINUED to wait for this third associate. Safe to say I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. All you had to do was get on a ladder. It amazes me more that store management disregards customer inquiries and issues.

The sales manager for windows is a liar & scammer. I was promised a promotional rate (verbally and in writing) for financing, and did not receive that promotion. Now the sales manager has completely ghosted me - no response to texts, calls, and emails for months. He has vanished and I'm stuck with a monthly bill 3.5x higher than what was promised. Avoid.

We had a refrigerator delivered to our house this week. Wow! The customer service during delivery was amazing! Lehman Ugueto Sanchez spent time explaining things to me. He took all of the wrappings off with care and was meticulous about the refrigerator looking good. He explained some things about the appliance and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the appliance. He was kind and it was obvious that he cares about his job and making the customer happy! Thank you for your support!

There was a young man in the paint dept working on 3/16/2026 around 6pm. He never offered any of his assistance, seeing as though it was myself and others asking for service and i mean he literally just stood there with a blank stare looking directly at us, as if we were invisible, and or moving around to avoid helping customers. Well, Thankfully you do have staff that acknowledge customers when they are in need of assistance. Such as the women at the front end of the store, who understood why I was leaving after not being helped. They were very nice, even offered my child a lollipop. Basically, I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. And maybe it was for the best !
