Hi, I have made several purchases through Furniture Row but have a complaint about my most recent purchase.
Regarding the store: although the sales staff were friendly, informative and helpful, every single time I called to try to ask questions or find status updates, no one answers the phone. It just rings continuously. I have never been able to reach a person.
Regarding the delivery: I wouldn't recommend using this company if you want furniture delivered. I am upset and unimpressed how this was handled. I received an automated phone call on 3/30/26 saying that my delivery time would be between 4:30pm-6:30pm *MDT*. Since I live in Illinois, this translates to 5:30pm-7:30pm CST. I had planned to ensure I was home during that time. Apparently, one of the delivery men tried to call me at 3:32pm and said the call went straight to voicemail. He left a voicemail stating that they were letting me know they would be at my house in 10 minutes. I had not seen that message. I received another call at 3:43pm. I couldn't find my phone in time to answer, but I returned the call immediately at 3:44pm. I was caught off-guard that they were already there, but I told him I would head home from another obligation I had just arrived at. When I got there, I told him that the timeframe was 5:30pm-7:30pm CST and he said, well, they had several cancellations so they were going to come early and had called me when they left but it had gone to voicemail so they came anyway.
I later listened to the voicemail from the second missed call. He stated his name was Johnathan and had said they were in front of my home and no one was home, so normally they would reschedule. No one was home because my understanding what that the delivery timeframe was 5:30pm-7:30pm CST. In the voicemail, he said the delivery time was 4:30pm CST. Again, the automated message said *MDT*, as I listened to it twice to make sure I understood. At any rate, he was at my home at 3:43pm, almost 45 minutes beforehand, even if it was 4:30pm CST. So to hear that they would normally reschedule because no one was home is not my fault and sounded like an annoyed comment, inferring that they normally would have left.
I asked if I could put furniture sliders underneath the bedframe legs so it would be easier for me to move. Johnathan said that it was feasible but the bed had "lots of other legs" so it wouldn't be helpful ("helpful" is my word, I can't remember exactly how he stated it). When they were installing the bedframe, I heard one of the 2 men say something about a hole. I went back and asked if there was a problem. I was completely ignored.
When they finished and left, I went back to look at the bedframe and they had left several pieces of trash from the packaging materials underneath the slats. Problem is that the slats that were bolted on, so in order to sweep it up myself, I would've had to unbolt the slats. I was able to lift the bed just enough, by myself, to put sliders under the main legs. This helped it slide to move it. The bed is in a smaller room, so I was only able to push it one way a little to get some of the garbage and able to push it the other way a little to sweep garbage, but I'm not able to get to the middle part.
I have recently had a few other deliveries from different companies and they were incredibly kind, respectful, attentive and considerate. And the value of those items was much less than the cost of this item. I most certainly won't be placing any further orders with your company.

Great experience overall. Tyler, the store manager, was very helpful and made sure we choose the right mattress and got a great deal on it. Michelle was also very helpful and made the process easy. Both were professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. Highly recommend!
