  I have been looking for a new living room chair for a year. I have physical problems that need to be taken into account, and salesperson Dee quickly showed me selections that took everything into account. She was funny, sympathetic, and very helpful. I can't wait for delivery.

  I had an relatively urgent need to get a recliner at my daughter's home to be able to spend the night there. I'm recovering from a hip surgery and unable to turn on my side. A recliner is my perfect sleep alternative and the salesman was sympathetic to my need and facilitated aquiring my very comfortable choice chair.

  The personal care was excellent and exceptional. Doreen was very kind and helpful. The Designer was very knowledgeable and very informative on selections. At first we thought the prices were high, but seeing the quality of the product we are very happy we went with La-Z-Boy for our swivel glider chairs. Definitely worth yourtime to stop by and make a purchase. Thank you ladies for your time and help.

  From the first virtual meeting with the La-Z-Boy store with Dee, and a follow up with Erik, this was a very good experience. They took care of any concerns and questions, and provided live updates on the delivery. Excellent choice, price and process. Thanks!

  I was given ample opportunity to try out all the chairs. I received full, explanations across the board on fit, warranty, back and neck support, and took advantage of the President's Day sale. I'm scheduled to receive my chair on 2/25/26. Karen Saladino was patient in answering my questions, brought up new information, and spent the time with me to make the selection that best fit my needs.
